Three drills that work
The flat line: pick a comfortable target, land on it, and hold the trace inside the green band for ten seconds. A slow downward slide means breath support giving out; practice ends the drift. Cold landings: hear the target once, wait two seconds, sing it. Scooping up into the note shows as a hook in the trace - the goal is a line that starts flat. Sirens: glide bottom to top of your range and back watching for jumps where registers change - smooth the jump and you have smoothed the break.
Know your comfortable range first with the vocal range test, train the ear half of pitch matching with the interval trainer, and grab reference pitches from the pitch pipe.
