Пройдите проверки по порядку: «Левый» играет тон только в левом канале, «Правый» — только в правом, «Центр» должен звучать ровно посередине, развёртка — плавно скользить снизу вверх без провалов, а бас — звучать чисто, без дребезга. Если другой сайт или приложение звучит — проблема в конкретном приложении; если не звучит ничего — она системная.

Провалы в развёртке — частоты, которые ваша техника (или уши, на самом верху) не воспроизводит; для маленьких колонок ниже 100 Гц это норма. Дребезг на басовом тоне означает, что что-то вибрирует: волосок на диафрагме, незакреплённая решётка или резонирующая мебель. Почистите решётку, изолируйте колонку и повторите тест.
