Treinta segundos para salir de dudas: izquierda, derecha, centro, un barrido completo y una comprobación de graves. Si los cinco se comportan, tu audio funciona — si uno falla, sabes exactamente dónde mirar.

Cuando una comprobación falla

Un canal está mudo o débil: balance del sistema, cable o rejilla obstruida. Los graves zumban: suciedad o vibración — el limpiador de altavoz se encarga del polvo y el agua. El barrido suena irregular: mídelo con precisión con el generador de barrido completo y comprueba si el extremo agudo son tus oídos y no el equipo.

¿Cómo compruebo si mi sonido funciona?

Ejecuta las comprobaciones en orden: Izquierda reproduce un tono solo en el canal izquierdo, Derecha solo en el derecho, Centro debe sonar exactamente en el medio, el barrido debe deslizarse suave de grave a agudo sin cortes, y el tono de graves debe sonar limpio, sin zumbar. Treinta segundos y sabes si el problema es tu dispositivo, tus altavoces o un canal concreto.

No hay sonido en absoluto — ¿qué reviso?

En orden: el volumen físico y el silencio en el dispositivo y en el sistema, la selección del dispositivo de salida (los dispositivos Bluetooth adoran robar la salida en silencio), el silencio de la pestaña del navegador (clic derecho en la pestaña) y el cable o el emparejamiento. Si otra web o app reproduce sonido, el fallo es de esa app; si nada suena, es del sistema.

Un lado está mudo o suena bajo — ¿está roto?

Revisa primero el balance del sistema (se descoloca tras algunas actualizaciones), luego el cable — muévelo en el conector mientras suena un tono; si cruje, hay un conductor roto. El barrido tiene huecos o los graves zumban — ¿qué significa?

Los huecos en el barrido son frecuencias que tu equipo (o tus oídos, en el extremo agudo) no puede reproducir — normal en altavoces pequeños por debajo de 100 Hz. El zumbido en el tono de graves significa que algo vibra: un pelo en el diafragma, una rejilla suelta o un mueble que resuena. Limpia la rejilla, aísla el altavoz y repite la prueba.
